I was so about to make this stamp, mainly because i dont have a dad and im glad, because my dad was an idiot...from what i heard, he was a satanist.. then i heard he was obsessed by god...then also he hit my mom when she was pregnant and said that the kid will be a mental idiot anyway... he was rude to my family and so on...
He has to tens also money... i dont know how it is called in english.. child alimony? He paid only 700 CZK while he HAVE to pay 1000 CZK... so once he thought that i finished school already so he stopped to pay without any asking...idiot -.-" so mom found out his phone number and called him.. he had a quarrel and after then he paid all money he iwed to us and from then he pair 1000 CZK... but he kept saying crap on slips and now he stopped paying again...mom had to send him a proof of that im still visiting school and so on... then he started to pay again... but he again owes me 1300 CZK... Mom said that if he's not gonna pay it, so we'll go to visit some social worker...he is really an idiot -.-

Soooo what i want to say.... if you dont have a dad because the dad was also an idiot, you can be proud of that you dont have him ;P

I think this stamp is great for two reasons.

1. it shows that being fatherless isn't the end of the world. that just because you have that label so to speak, does it mean it has to weigh you down all the time. you can still be happy, be successful, be proud even if your fatherless so in this light it's quite encouraging.

2. secondly, in a more religious aspect, God is a Father to the fatherless. So sure your dad may be an idiot for some dead or maybe abandoned them or alive and hurt them physically and emotionally alot. so yeah you're fatherless, but now you have the Creator of the universe, God Himself as your dad. You've got a new supernatural dad who promises to never leave you or forsake you and truly is the best dad ever.
So yeah your fatherless when it comes to your earthly dad, but that's something to be sorta proud of cause now you have God the Father as your dad now.:)

I ave your work 5 stars on impact since i, myself am fatherless. i share some similarities with what you spoke of in your comment but i think the impact of my dad not being there physically in my life differs in some ways from you.

Anyway, great stamp!!!!!!!!!!

My father was an idiot to. He left me when I was 9 because he cheated on my mom and marry the girl he was cheating with. He barely visits me anymore because he got married AGAIN. He was never around when i needed him.And he thinks his a man of god. The worst part is that he got nothing to do with me and that's no man of god.

Okay so my dad lives with me. He provides, sometimes. But he doesn't give my brothers and me the EMOTIONAL support we need. He flatout ignores us except to tell us to do something or to yell at us. So I think this works for me.

I don't see much wrong with being a satanist. It's still a religious belief, as longas you don't use it as an excuse to do shitty things.

after i meet some normal one, ill change my opinion...and as long as my fucking dad will be a jerk believing into satan, being rude to my mom and others, threating us and so on all at the same time, ill rather be "ignorant" :iconerrrplz:

to be honest i dont care so much about religions, right because of all those senseless wars...the fact my dad is satanist is just one bad fact of alot of other bad facts, so i only mentoined it :shrug:

"father" isn't simply a title but a sort of job. if your dad is not there for you when you need him often, then he's not doing his job and being a true father. Your father doesn't have to be dead or totally forsake you to be fatherless. ...
