I love this kind of jars alot. Mainly when i see how well some people can use it for hand made thingies, like fimo candies and such.
Also it is very rare to buy these in my country without content. If i see these jars, it is already containing something and made to be a pendant or something. Very rarely i see them to be empty yet cheap in some store and such. But this time i found a place where they sell them empty and in a big size! Normally they are about 2.5 or 3 cm big, these were about 4 cm big! Plus they were cheap, so why not to get them
Also because i know we will be learning how to take a photo of a glass at school, i was practicing myself a bit, as well ^^ I took three photos of these jars and each of them is made in different way.
Also i always wished to make some photos with a completly white background where you wont see any other background, but i never knew how to do that well... this time i know it already thanks to photography lessons all i need was one A2 paper halfly vertically put in the background, turning into the bottom surface that the jars were put on. It makes a nice effect of neverending white background.
About all three photos, one is made to be light and glassy, photo focused at the first jarr and other jars become more blurr. Second photo is almost the same, but in black and white only. And the third one is a cut off, where its focused at the fallen jar.
I think ill show these photos to my teacher and im curious about her opinion about it, to see if its made well according to ways she learned us. I myself am quite proud of these three photos, mainly because it looks ALMOST like thoose nice detailed HD photos i can see around on DA that i always adore Eventhough i know this might be not that good as thosep hotos i adore, its still better than my previous photos ^^ The only big problem i dont like is that the fallen jar in those two full photos is almost not visible... mainly in the light one where the white merges with the background >< but still i would be soo happy if one of these suddenly became a daily deviation
