One sad story

On 16th July 2013 5 new kittens were born to Jumpy... One day later i found 4 other kittens that got born to Jumpy's sister, Bitchy. So together they had again 9 kittens like an year ago and kittens got born jsut 1-2 days later than last year..
But this time grandpa said it is too much. We already had problems with giving kittens away to other people, because there is alot of cats in this village, so nobody wants any more...And this year another 9 kittens plus two older cousin kittens... So...grandpa only told me to choose maximally 3 kittens that we will keep and give away later...then...grandpa put other 6 kittens into a box...then he brought a bucket of water and...drowned them...i and grandma we ran into the cottage...we couldnt watch it...i cried at home and then i rather went out to sit on a bench to cuddle other cats we have..mainly my Marcik...
I at least asked grandpa to bury kittens in the box...but when he walked around me, he threw the box on a table next to me and only held the bucket of water where dead bodies were floating...and he simply poured the water together with kittens into the hole he dig in ground on second garden...it was just like...so heartless....when they couldnt live their life, they at least should be bury with some respect...
The three kittens that i could choose to survive were put together so Jumpy and Bitchy cared of them together too like an year ago. Two good mommies and sisters... The kittens i chose were special by something...all of them were tabby, one was a girl and two were boys... The girl was special by having an orange strip on her forehead. One boy was the lightest, if he grew up, he might turn into even lighter, almost silver cat. And the last one, dark tabby kitten almost died before...his mom once jumped down from height and landed wrongly by crushing him with a paw...the kitten was bleeding alot, having blood on body and in mouth. It looked like it has some inned injuries and so he bleeds from mouth...he also was almost drowning in the blood in his mouth, so i at least held him with head down a bit so the blood could get away...it was gasping for air....others kept telling me to drown him so he wont suffer...but...as i saw, he was suddenly getting stronger, kep meowing alot, crawling on my hand, and even trying to drink milk from his mom...so...i couldnt jsut drown him..instead i took a napking and tried to dry his fur from all the blood...then i found out that the blood was NOT comming from his mouth, but he had a scratch on his cheek and the blood jsut got to his mouth from there, too...so when his mom landed, she maybe jsut cratched him with claws. It was something like a blessing in disguise literally! So a few days later when i had to choose those three kittens that will survive, i chose this baby that almost died few days ago...i wanted to give him a chance to be alive when he already won over death once already...so..those are the special kittens you can see in this photo...
But sadly... today in the morning, grandpa went to cuddle these three kittens...but when i came to check kittens later, none of them was in the nest...their moms were meowing, looking for kittens around, so its not like they moved them to other place, it was clear that somebody took the kittens....grandpa didnt do it, he isnt THAT heartless...But we have two male cats that are not spayed, so their instincts are stronger... Plushie and Marcik...they both already showed that they have an urgue to grab the kittens and pull them away..and i doubt that any other random male cat would just come to out garden in the morning when everyone is awake already...so yeahh...Plushie was here all the day which isnt usual for him, so it might be him...but also it might be Marcik that wasnt here in the morning and came back near night..which also isnt usual for him...so yeah...who knows..

So by this i say bye to our last three kittens...now we only have those two older kittens that we decided to keep together with Plushie and Marcik...kittens are grown enough to defend themselved if Plushie and Marcik will ever dare to do something to them...
By losing these three kittens we dont have to wait any longer to put theo ther cats away... we have way too much of them so some of these street cats will be set free in other village... Like Grey, Squinty and mothers of lost kittens: Jumpy and Bitchy...we will keep only Plushie, Marcelo and kittens Zik and Blackie (lol i keep changing her name every time...cant decide..)

So yeahh..i feel sorry for this all that happened, but its true we have to stop it as well...farewell, babies..
