and people really being interested in trying this ;u; i didnt expect that!UPDATE2 - TIPS:
- use a cake tin that has the same size as an omelette. Put in one omelette, add cream and stuff, put another omelette on it and so on. It helps to keep a good shape
- let the omelettes get cold first, they hold a shape better
- leave it in fridge for 2 hours, the cream will act like a glue then and the cake will not fall over
- you can experiment with layers, add also jam and pudding to random layers too
Somebody would call it just ap ancake, but believe there is a difference between pancakes (where each layer is very bolt) and omelettes (that are very thing)
I made this according to one recipe found on internet, but changed some stuff so i thought it would be nice to put it on internet as well so poeple can try it as well.
